SCS EVOLUTION
- HISTORY:
-
1985: I started with a paper system. I had dossiers
for concrete sciences and I had independent paper-sheets for concepts.
Apparently, with the expansion of knowledge it was difficult to manage
that knowledge.
1990: With my SCIENCE-SUPPORT-SYSTEM paper
I understood that only a future computer-system would manage to do this.
1992: I made a system with the hypertext program Folio Views 2.1 (DOS).
1994: I started a new system with folio Views 3 (windows).
My new system, with the 11.000 structured-concepts, proved one thing to me.
We CAN use the "structured-concept" approach to write scientific knowledge.
Also became apparent to me that I had to write my own program.
1997may: My first java program (just a user interface).
1997dec: I've added the xml AElfread parser.
1999jan: I updated the program for the jdk1.2.
I've added the 'help' and 'editor' modules.
1999feb: I've added the INTEGRATION functions.
1999mar: I've added the 'smart' search facility.
1999apr: Multiple Knowledge-Bases are supported.
2000jan: jSCS searches for the selected-name in the text.

- FORECAST:
- 1993oct: Back in 1993 I focecasted this:
By the year 2000, we gonna have a system where someone can write
a book in which all information will be structured.
By the year 2010, we will see a structured-science.
By the year 2033, we will see ALL sciencies structured.
